It is mandatory for every student to carry his/her almanac (students diary) and identity card to school every day. In case it is lost, it should be reported to the class teacher immediately and a new almanac should be obtained.
The students should reach the school at the specified time. He/She will not be allowed to enter the school after that and no calls will be entertained at the security gate and reception regarding the same. Students shall arrive in the school 10 minutes before the starting bell.
Students will daily assemble on the prayer ground for prayer at the scheduled time and stand in lines. After the prayer they will proceed to their respective class room.
Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair if it is more than shoulder length neatly with brown ribbons.
The students are expected to maintain discipline in the school premises. However if they defy the rules, they would be given a warning through the issue of cards of different colors via white, yellow and red. Red card would attract strict action against the students.
No students shall leave the classroom without the ‘pass’ and permission of the teacher. No student shall disturb other classes at work on the flimsy plea of getting the loan of pencil, pen or books etc., from any of his friends.
Students moving along the corridors or during the change of period, must walk in silence, in an orderly manner and in a single line.
There is nothing called short leave/half day leave. In case of an emergency, parents or members of the family should come to the school to take their wards particularly in case of girl students.
Students should make use of the dustbins provided for throwing bits of paper etc. They are expected to keep the school campus neat and clean.
Students are strictly forbidden to purchase any article of food from un-authorized vendors near the school premises.
Irregularity in attendance, continuous unsatisfactory progress in studies, neglect of homework, indiscipline, disrespectful behavior towards teachers, bad moral influence, willful damage to the school property, along with lack of attendance, absence from class without proper application from the parent, truancy will be sufficient reasons for removal of students name from the school rolls.
Meeting time with the Principals: Morning- 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (Tuesday-Friday) Afternoon- 02.30 p.m. to 03.30 p.m. (Monday-Friday). Please note that other than the above mentioned timing, the parents need to take a prior appointment.
Students are advised not to bring costly articles like watches/ cameras/ calculators / jewellery etc. to the school. Lending or borrowing of money or other expensive articles is strictly prohibited. In violation of this rule, the article may be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
Care must be taken of all school property and each other’s property. Student should damage any school furniture, write or draw on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done by anyone should be reported to class teacher. Any damage done to the building, glass panes, furniture, apparatus, library or any other property will be rectified by the one responsible for it.
Students using the school bus shall maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facility will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not properly maintained.
Parents and guardians should not visit the teachers in the classrooms.
The students are always expected to set standards of good conduct and politeness in the school, in the buses and at public places.
